Cross-dressing mystic, shaman, story teller, artist, sign maker, builder, healer, and magician of the Big Island's Ka'u district, Savory Yarrow, at his store front in the sleepy town of Naalehu, the southernmost town in the United States. Savory's sign reads: "Original Designs by Savory Yarrow: Shrines, Crystal Buildings, Mandalas; Sunday Art Class, Life Drawing, Color Theory, Sacred Geometry; Wilderness Guide, Art Insights, Ancient Sites, Vision Quests."

More pics from Savory's establishment: Pre-Dawn Art (in the shape of a fetus). It is said that prana, or spiritual potential, is highest in the hours just before dawn. So perhaps this is what he is referring to. I know that in my own experience, spirit speaks most spontaneously and vigorously to aspirants in the early morning hours when the ego or self-sense is less active.
