Ojai Valley, California - Toxic Skies - Remains of Chemtrails 3 Days Earlier - November 17, 2010 - Representative Kucinich Seeks To Ban Geoengineering With HR 2977

The concentrated remains of a several-day-long stratospheric aerosol geoengineering campaign in Southern California. At least that is what Wikipedia (pdf from 11/20/2010) call it, though the bulk of the spraying is not in the stratosphere, nor is it sulfide gas that is being sprayed. Rather, the spraying, based on my own observations, is typically at about the 20,000 foot elevation; and the contents of what is being sprayed include barium salt (pdf) and weaponized submicron-sized aluminum (pdf) that penetrates the lungs and plants' defenses.These small particles draw water molecules to them and form temporary clouds as the harmful material spreads out and wafts down upon the ground over the course of several hours -- or, when hit by radiofrequency radiation, the metal particles can be heated and lifted, thereby forcing the moisture to migrate to another location. The following is an exploration of photos taken three days after a heavy military chemtrailing campaign in Southern California.

In this close-up photo notice the narrow band of gray or off-white particulate matter extending from the ground to the 500 feet to 1000 feet level, then clearing somewhat above that to reveal the mountain tops that extend another few hundred feet higher. Above the mountain tops the light gray-brown smog continues upward another 2500 feet, but it is not nearly so dense as the layer the first several hundred feet. This picture is shot from 2400' (or so) on the Gridley Trail in Ojai, with the picture covering upper Ojai, the town of Santa Paula, South Mountain, Oak Ridge mountains (to the left), and the higher Santa Monica Mountains in the distance on the right.

I know my Southern California smog. I am an expert on it. I know what the smog from the densely populated San Fernando Valley looks like when it creeps over the mountains into the high desert to the north, and when it is pushed by the Santa Ana winds into the Ventura, Oxnard, and Ojai Valley areas.What you see in these pictures is no ordinary smog. "Normal" smog is more broadly dispersed from the ground level to about 5,000 feet. It appears as an ugly patina. It is generally not tightly concentrated in the first 700 feet as it is in this picture. Also, and more tellingly, real smog, rather than the death-haze created by Northcom via our once national airforce, does NOT create a cloak of uniform dimensions and density that extends from the source (e.g., San Fernando Valley, IF it originated from car and industrial pollution) out to the ocean, and the ocean itself. We will investigate this further in the following photos.

In the above photos you can see the dense haze cloaking the ground in the Ojai Valley. But, disturbingly, if you open to the larger image on some of these thumbnails, and look past the mountains (especially image G) toward the Channel Islands you will see this asphyxiating low-lying haze extending uniformly into the distance 50 miles or more out to sea, hugging but not dissipating along the surface from 700 feet or so down to the ground or ocean's surface. This is not fog; nor is this what normal smog looks like. This is the result of aerial bombardment of a uniform nature over many hundreds of square miles. Normal smog would not create such a uniform leveling of particulates that extend evenly 100 miles or more from a localized terrestrial source.

Early evening 11/17/2010. On the flat ridge to the right you can see the antenna and uplink dish array that was installed in this remote area, much to my horror, earlier this year. Now, every nook and cranny of my hikes, both along the Gridley Trail and the numerous trails and campgrounds north and below this ridge in the Sespe Wilderness and Matilija Wilderness areas -- such as the Piedra Blanca Trail that follows Sespe Creek to the healing Sespe Hot Springs near the town of Filmore -- are blanketed in this noisome, genetically damaging, subtle-energy-system-disrupting, manmade electromagnetic energy. Thanks to the Beast system -- that thinks that genetic engineering and petrochemical drugs are the answer to all human troubles -- your cellphone can connect to these towers from every part of Ojai's wild, roadless backcountry.

You'd be an idiot not to recognize that the tens of billions $ spent annually on domestic propaganda in the US includes the coopting of the online encyclopedia Wikipedia whose page on contrails is pure military psyop theater (pdf from 11/19/2010). These pictures are taken from Wikipedia, or the equally distorted reality presented in a Google image search for contrails. Artificially generated clouds like this did not exist prior to the mid-1990s when several covert operations began under the guise of geoengineering to save the planet from the fraud that is anthropogenic global warming (pdf).

This action -- paid for by the banker bailouts and the trillions $ of fraudulently induced debt incurred by the privately owned Federal Reserve -- is sickening to me. I was at work in [city x] Monday, November 15, with my door open, and a breeze coming in from the nearby ocean. I sniffed the air, and a colleague agreed with me, the air did not smell fresh. There was a cloying, asphyxiating quality to the air. A fresh ocean breeze typically has a sharpening, invigorating effect on the senses. But the air this day was diseased and lifeless. Two days later, on Wednesday the 17th, there had been no chemtrail activity that I had noticed since the major campaign that ended the night of the 14th. Normally, what remains of this aerial bombardment is a sparkling luminescence that blocks out the stars and gives the daytime blue sky a pale white appearance. At least this is what is observable on the ground. But gaining a higher vantage point on the 17th, I could see that the hazy remains of the airplanes had not dispersed like they normally do. Due either to a different substance(s) utililized, or the sheer volume of dispersant, the earth and ocean was now cloaked in a dense 1000 ft column of toxic aerosols.

This concerns me because I try to live in rural areas away from smog. I try to live near forests, mountains, and creeks. I purify my water through both reverse osmosis and steam distillation, to ensure that every impurity is removed. I use HEPA filters and a newer UV-type air purification system in my indoor spaces. This protects me to some extent. Unfortunately, my preferred mode of exercise is mountain hiking, and my occupation requires that I work outside a lot. With a thousand foot tall ashyxiating cloud of aerosolized aluminum about me, it is very hard to escape my immune and nervous systems' being compromised.

CONGRESSIONAL BILL CALLS FOR CHEMTRAILS BAN

HR 2977 (pdf) (another pdf) is creating a 'buzz in the Air Traffic Control community. Introduced last October by Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, this bill called for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on 'exotic weapons' . Section 7 of the 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' sought specifically to prohibit 'chemtrails' .

Kucinich recently told the Columbus Alive newspaper (Jan. 24, 2002) that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services oversight committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. "The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense - 'Vision for 2020' - that's developing these weapons," Kucinich told reporter Bob Fitrakis. The U.S. Space Command's 2020 vision calls for 'dominance of space, land, sea and air'.

Though "section vii" naming chemtrails, HAARP and other planet-threatening weapons has since been removed in a substitute bill - under pressure according to Kucinich - the original bill remains intact and on-file in the congressional record.

Please elect politicians who are willing to turn this military-industrial-media-congressional-eugenics monstrosity around. We need less secrecy and more transparency. We don't need open-air human- and geo-experimentation going on over our heads without our informed consent.
